is this actually private?
your chat is encrypted the moment it reaches us and deleted the moment your report is written, which is before you pay. the report itself is kept for 24 hours, then deleted unless you unlock it. we never keep the conversation.
do you read my messages?
no person does. the model reads it to write your report, and then there’s nothing left to read.
what can i get?
after your free first look you pick: the full report on a private link, the 75-second recap video, or both together for less than the two apart.
if i only buy the video, do you keep a report?
no. the video is made from a report, so one is written, but only to make the video from. it’s deleted as soon as the video has what it needs, and you’re never sent it.
what’s in the video?
about 75 seconds, vertical, cut to its own music: your numbers, your story in four scenes drawn for your chat, your private language, your awards, what each of you brings and a closing line. you two are the daifuku: yellow patches and lilac patches.
who sees my chat to make the video?
nobody new. the pictures and music are generated from descriptions of the scenes, written without your names or your messages. every word and number on screen is drawn by us, from your report.
is this a subscription?
no. you pay once for what you pick, after your free first look. nothing renews on this site. the iPhone app has a subscription; this isn’t it.
what chats work?
whatsapp exports work best: chat → export chat → without media. most plain-text chat exports work too. one-to-one chats only, and longer is better: a few months gives it something to find.
what if it isn’t good?
email us within seven days and we’ll refund you. no form, no questions. if a video can’t be made, its part is refunded automatically.
is this a diagnosis?
no. mochi helps you understand a conversation: the moments, the patterns, the receipts. the red flag score measures how the messages behave, not who anyone is. it doesn’t diagnose anyone and isn’t a replacement for professional support.
